HARCOAT CIC – 1000

HARCOAT CIC–1000 is a high-performance ceramic insulation coating engineered to provide a seamless thermal barrier for industrial and commercial applications. Designed to reduce heat transfer, prevent condensation, and improve personnel safety, HARCOAT CIC–1000 offers a modern alternative to traditional insulation systems.

Formulated as a single-component, waterborne coating, HARCOAT CIC–1000 eliminates the need for bulky insulation and jacketing while delivering long-term thermal efficiency and surface protection.

Advanced Thermal & Condensation Control

HARCOAT CIC–1000 is specifically developed to prevent or significantly reduce condensation formation on equipment and piping. The coating meets ASTM 1057 skin touch test requirements, helping protect personnel from hot or cold surfaces while maintaining operational safety.

Its ceramic-based formulation acts as a thermal shield, protecting internal processes from external heat, cold, and humidity, making it ideal for demanding environments.

High-Build, Seamless Insulation Solution

With the ability to achieve up to 1.5 mm DFT in a single coat, HARCOAT CIC–1000 allows fast application and uniform coverage across complex geometries. The seamless coating ensures there are no joints, gaps, or moisture traps, improving durability and long-term performance.

Unlike conventional insulation, the coating system allows full visual inspection, making maintenance easier and helping identify issues early without removing insulation layers.
